This policy sets forth the terms and conditions of service ("Service Policy") for the products offered by our company. By purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Service Policy.
Only authorized dealers are entitled to receive support for our products. We cannot assist end customers directly, and they should contact their authorized dealer for assistance with our products.
Our products are intended for their designed and intended use only. Any unauthorized modifications to the product, including but not limited to cutting wires or cases, are strictly prohibited and will void the warranty. Any modification may cause injury, damage to the product, and other property, and the user assumes all risks associated with such modifications.
Closed Circuit Use
Our racing ECU products are only authorized for use on closed circuits in accordance with The California Air Resources Board ("CARB") and/or the Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") regulations. Any other use is strictly prohibited and may be in violation of local laws and regulations.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
In the event that an end customer encounters an issue that cannot be resolved, we kindly request that dealers or end customers send us an email containing the RMA document and a link to a video demonstrating the issue. The RMA form can be accessed using the link: PDF | DOCX
1. Technical support for RC SuperX and RC MiniX models is exclusively available with the Pro-Link cable (blue cable) provided by the tuner.
2. Our company does not offer customized ECU services.
3. Regarding race support, we will assess the ECU status initially. In order to prevent race manipulation, we do not engage in performance tuning or provide racing strategies.
4. While we may offer suggestions on connecting after-market devices, such as race display panels, we cannot guarantee vehicle troubleshooting results.
